We have faces at 2.5 weeks!!

Greetings from the puppies! Our eyes are open as of Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday! We are beginning to develop our own look! Mom has named us with generic names, just for reference. There is curly girl, goldie girl, sunny, red, sleepy and sweetie, and snoopy. We are five males and two females! We are in the beginning stages of showing our personalities which will continue to develop until puppy pick vists and beyond.  The fluff of our hair won't begin to appear until weeks 4 and 5! The cuteness has only just begun!!!

Puppy Progression

I've attached 3 puppy pages that were posted on my blog from the 2011 litter and one page from the 2010 litter, so you can see the progression the puppies will take. We have wavy males rather than a wavy female like Chloe in this litter:  http://www.seattlegoldendoodles.blogspot.com/2011/08/blog-post.html

The curly females may look somewhat like Lucca: http://www.seattlegoldendoodles.blogspot.com/2011/08/curly-female-reserved-for-john-and.html

Two or more of the males and one of the females could end up looking somewhat like Jazz (same color and/or lighter)

A few males may look more like Piers (with possibly more golden in coat color).

Today, we are two weeks old!

Greetings from the puppies! Momma keeps thinking we are older than we are, yet we are just opening are eyes today. We will continue to open them wider as the day progresses!
We really enjoyed the visits to our parents this week, and we are so proud of our doggie mommy, Sandy. She is the best mom ever!

Double Decker Feeding is so much Fun!

Sandy is multi-tasking in this picture. She cleans some of us, while others scramble to eat!

We just wanted to introduce who we are below, best we can! It is still very difficult for Momma Trina to even differentiate between all of us. That will change as the weeks go by!

Videos of F1b Miniatures at 1 week old

Greetings from Sandy!
I have already relaxed tremendously in regards to the pups, while still taking wonderful care of them! I lick and feed them regularily along with poking my head through the whelping box cover to count and check! I take longer breaks in the living room, when the puppies are napping. In addition, my dog mates can lie around near the whelping box and I'm cool with it. I also am returning to normal as far as pottying outside.

Mom weighed the pups today, and they are all growing well. Most of the pups weigh 1.15 to 1.25 lbs. "Little guy" weighs 1 lb which is great progress also! Doubling in weight is normal the first week and then things slow down in later weeks! Your pup will be 4.5 to 6 lbs by 8/9 weeks.

This is a picture of how I can feed all 7 pups at the same time!
One by one they will fall asleep, after nursing.

Please see videos below for double decker feeding and newborn sights and sounds!
