Shopping List for Bringing Your Puppy Home

Things to Buy:

• Nature’s Miracle works best for cleaning up puppy messes.
• Dog treats-Charlee Bear, Bil Jac, or broken up pieces of Milk Bone doggie biscuits. You may also want to have some mini dental stix from Pedigree for occupation in your house or a play pen. Natural raw hide chews are great for chewing. Mozzarella cheese sticks (tiny pieces) are great for training. Small pieces of hot dogs are a great initiative for puppy to go into his/her kennel at night.
• A collar that is medium sized and a long regular leash.
• Dog food that is either Premium Edge from Mud Bay, or you can mix my puppy food (from your care bag) with food such as Pinnacle, Nutro, or Wellness. Petco or Mud Bay will let you return food that your puppy doesn’t like.
• Dog dishes: You can use household materials as long as it is something that puppy cannot easily tip over. Stainless steel or ceramic is recommended.
• Dog kennel that matches either the size of Sandy or smaller. Sandy is 17 inches tall and Chewbacca is 12 inches tall.
• A carrier is nice to have, especially for car rides
• A play pen for play times inside and out--OPTIONAL or borrow one
• A few toys (soft, plush toys and a rope attached to a squeaky ball) and you can pick some of these natural things that you feel comfortable with such as bark and sticks, thick leftover pieces of clean rope, strips of cloth tied to a tree, and old wash cloths that are clean.
• A comb and brush as recommended by any groomer at a pet store
• Advantage flea medicine (especially for summer months).
• Canned Pumpkin is great for upset stomachs and diharrea.
• Puppy License after puppy comes home.

Miniature Goldendoodle Puppies between Week 7 and 8

This week the puppies are doing as follows:

• They love to run around, play outside and get into everything!
• They all sit in their play pen when people come over to visit.
• They walk outside to go potty.
• They are being housetrained.
• They have taken rides in the car.
• They are eating dry food. (They just recently started enjoying it more on Wednesday.)
• They will receive their shots.
• They love to play with each other, mom, dad, & grandma.
• They love to cuddle and greet people.
• Some of them LOVE to play with water and some are more hesitant around it.
• We are starting the process of getting them comfortable with a leash.
• We are making sure they get lots of water and keeping them cool with a fan.

Puppy Schedule for Week 7 to 8

Puppy Schedule

• 6:00 AM Puppies walk outside to drink water and play. Then, they eat food.
• 6:50 AM Back inside to their kennel.
• 7:20 AM Outside for 5 or 10 minutes to go potty before I leave for work. Back inside to their kennel.
• 10:00 AM Kent, my husband, lets them out to drink water and play. Then, they eat leftover food.
• 11:00 AM Kent brings them back in (some days this time is shorter).
• 3:30 PM Trina comes home and lets them out to go potty, drink water and eat food.
• 5:00 PM Puppies go back inside to their kennel.
• 5:45 PM Puppies walk back outside for quick potty. Then, they come back in to explore the house and walk to the living room for play and cuddle time.
• 6:45 PM Puppies walk outside to go potty.
• 7:00 PM Puppies go into their kennel.
• 8:00 PM Puppies walk outside to go potty.
• 8:15 PM Back to socializing in the living room.
• 8:45 PM Back outside to go potty and drink water, eat food and then into their kennel.
• 10:30 PM Walk outside to go potty, drink water and to play for a short time.
• 11:00 PM All puppies go to bed.

Training up to 6 Weeks for F1b Miniature Goldendoodles

This week the following has occurred:
The puppies are now being potty trained from a kennel to outside. They have had no messes in their bed within the kennel and have been able to hold it if needed for 7 hours and overnight. Currently, on our normal schedule for them, they go out every 3 or 4 hours.
We are now weening them with occasional snacks from mom.
They have regular play times outside and love it!
They are scared of the sirens that come from our local fire station.
They love to play with Chewbacca (dad) and are being trained by Mom.
They are learning the words: sit, come, in, outside and potty.
They are friendly, affectionate, playful, sweet and love to cuddle at our feet or in our laps.
They enjoy kisses and tummy rubs.

We are doing our best to have your puppy as prepared as possible.

These puppies will be 8 weeks on Sunday, June 7th.

Playing towards 5 weeks for F1b Miniature Goldendoodles

These puppies are on the non shed side (90%) as 1/4 retriever and 3/4 poodle and a wonderful size, between 10 to 25 pounds. Typically speaking, our goldendoodles are friendly, intelligent, sweet, patient, family dogs, non aggressive and low barkers.

At week four to five, the puppies are experiencing as follows:

• They now drink water
• They are trying softened puppy food
• They play with toys and each other
• They greet humans and children
• They play with and greet the other dogs of our household
• They interact with our cat, Samba
• They now go potty on a papers in a location separate that they can walk to from their puppy bed and they do not make a mess where they sleep
• They will cry to be let down so that they can go potty in the correct spot
• They love to sleep with their litter mates
• They are learning to sit before petting

F1b Miniature Goldendoodles @ 3-4 Weeks

F1 Miniature Goldendoodle Mom, Sandy, at 25 lbs

6 Miniature Goldendoodle Pups are Available the week of June 15th

Great size! 10-25 lbs. Six beautiful puppies with teddy bear look. All sold. These puppies are non shed (90%) and on the hypo allergenic side with poodle hair. We have both parents on site as well as golden retriever grandma. Puppies come with a vet check guarantee and 3 year genetic guarantee (or full refund). Boone--Sold to Don, Melissa & Emma

This male red puppy reminds us of Sandy as far as his looks (except for darker color) and a golden retriever as far as his personality.

He is the one of the chunkiest puppy of the litter and is projected to be between 25 and 30 lbs.

He is very friendly, playful intelligent and calm.
